i have a 1995 240sx ka24de stock, it seems that my cat the one that looks like a down pipe has a leak, so heres my question would that leak can cause me to fail smog? cant pass smog and maybe thats the cause. THANK YOU

Perhaps you should tell us WHY your car failed smog? Failed sniffer? Failed visual?

Yes, an exhaust leak can cause a failed smog.
How does that even need to be asked?
