So i'm building my s14, and one of the last things I have to buy is an intercooler setup. I've had multiple cars with front mounts and even on lower boost levels i've had problems blowing couplers off/ destroying them all together.
I've been between going v-mount, or mid-mount. The motor is a built sr, precision 6262 turbo, 272 cams, etc. since it's sleeved i plan on running somewhere in the hi 20's boost wise.

The only kit i've found is the pbm, which i really like, but it's formulated for the t25-t28 crowd. The problem i have is the core size, and the outlet size. Would it be a sufficient size intercooler? This will be a mostly track car, drifting in specific (maybe some DE/auto x events) I'm worried that it won't be large enough to dissipate the heat fast enough. Would it be a good idea to run a meth injection setup to compensate for this?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
