A Lame Intake Question

I know this question is weak, but whatever. I am not positive of the answer. Will an aftermarket intake w/ piping work for a Dohc work on an Sohc? I am pretty sure it will. The Dohc just has an extra nipple thing that needs to be plugged. Right? Has anyone used a dohc intake on an sohc? Also, does anyone sell just the piping? I already have a filter and adapter. Thanks in advance.

yeah it will work, They are different lengths though. For the DE guys, A cheap upgrade is the KA24E intake pipe because it has more flow. To better explaine, De guys, as some of you know your intake pipe goes into all types of crazy restrictive shapes ( Circle then wavy crap then Rectangle the sphere then wavy crap and back to circle then to the throttle body.) Any way a cheap mode is use a ka24e intake pipe which is alot less restictive, but using aftermarket stuff it would not matter and would greatly unrestirct both de an e.
