Scammed by zilvia.net?? WTF?

Well like the title says, i ordered 3 zilvia.net decals a while back, i only recieved one in the mail. I emailed the place where i sent the money to and i also pmed west. No replies at all in about a week or two. I think i have been patient enough, so i would just like to get this strieghtened out. Whats the next step????

I also ordered two stickers from him and when they got here it was missing part of the "Z" in Zilvia, so I emailed him, I got one response, but no solution.. still waiting to see what he says...

I specificly remember sending 3 stickers (1 of each color) its not hard to mess up a order so I dont understand what could of happened. Someone got 3 stickers... o well.
