Thats just a T28, google that part number and you'll see.

yup, GT2860R(S) is 446179-66

does this have 2 or 3 bolt compressor outlet? might be a skyline unit

I'm glad you found that out, and sorry i didn't check the part number. Just took the guys word i got it from. Cant really trust anyone anymore sorry for the inconvenience everyone. But if you are interested let me know.

judging by the look of the wastegate actuator, the way the vacuum line nipple exits, and the end of the turbine rotor it may actually be a journal bearing T28.

turbine rotor end has a 12 point that can be used to hold the turbine when tightening/loosening. Ball bearing Garrett turbos do not have this. they have a triangular flange that does not fit any normal socket.

From the part numbers, I searched and found its off of a skyline and it has cermanic turbine wheel.
