Hi guys ,

so after replacing my head gasket at the first start my engine was idling rough running really rich couldn't rev to high.

un plugged maf engine idled alot better so i assumed it was the maf i used a n60 maf i had laying around at idle it sounded pretty smooth, but ran like shit no power, bought a ka24de maf, rough idles back but i could rev alot higher still runnin a abit rich not at full power but runs alot better then with the original maf.

checked vacuum lines for leaks, o2 sensors new, spark wires spark plugs are new, timings at 20. running out of ideas what it could be.

car was running fine before, but thought a head gasket replacemeant couldn't hurt.

compressions at 170 across

I would stick to basics and anything that was touched during the job. Have you double checked fuel system?

Don't worry about these guys it might be ur TPS reports i mean sensor check for kilo ohms and voltage specs from a repair manual and follow the directions on how to do it

fuel system should be fine i also re did my o rings

pulled out the fuel rail and found this all ripped

I found 2 u can have, hit up the junk yard for the rest. i wonder if the single cam injector rubber seals fit too

ok re connected my n60 maf and the car idles close to perfect ? but still loss of power the more i step on the accelerator the less power i feel

engine wont even hold idle with the original maf or the new one i bought and runs rich ? but runs close to perfect with a n60 maf ?
is it possible i bought a bad one
