i did search and i dint find the answer i was searching for.

so here it is. im about to do a brake rotor, pad replacement. probably just stock not z brakes or anything nuts. i am looking at brembo solid rotors. but i like the look of drilled/slotted. also i have the hawk pads in mind. i was also interested in changing out the brake lijnes and flushing the fluid for some fresh fluid. the car has about 158k on the odo. and i doubt its beenever messed with.( the car was free)

1. is it easy to change the rotors myself with hand tools.
2. can anyone give a good place to find rotors. drilled slotted or neither
are hawks a good choice. i want low dust no sqeak.
3. is flushing the system and replacing the lines too much work.

thank you to all.

You can also go the q45 route. They will work better than 240 drilled/slotted rotors. Its not hard to bleed...you just need a buddy or some "speed bleeders" if you want to di it yourself. And save yourself the $100 on the ss lines, they are useless unless its a track car.
