Looking for an S13 or similar car

I drive a 4x4 offroading pick up truck, its great until you can't drive faster than 110mph on the freeway.

I want something a little faster and smaller now. Looking for a stock S13 my budget is 1000 to 1500 or higher if you'll accept payments. I'm a full time welder and have full time income. Preferably a 1991 hatch SE 5spd, if you have a 4dr 5spd Honda Accord I'll consider that too. PRE SMOG cars are a welcome sight and so are other smaller trucks.

I'm a part time mechanic so don't come at me with half the story on why your ride doesn't work, just a heads up to save everyone's time.

2 cylinder, one cylinder went out. And there is a problem with the idle. It idls at 8,000 rpm.
