so I've posted on here before about how my battery was draining over night or 2 days and it would be totally dead.. well i got a tester and found a draw of .7 of an amp.. I started going under the hood and pulling fuses till one stop the draw which is this

its the eng control fuse.. now I have no idea what that means or what that does, on sr20's can I just go to nissan to get a new fuse like this or do I have to get it from japan? I'm slowly getting my car up to tip top running shape I'm new to the sr20 world and needing some guide from the sr20 gods on here :) any help would be greatly appricated.

also do you think if I just replace the fuse that would be good or I would have to fallow the wire too and see if there is a short some where..???

I'm pretty sure all fuses are universal.

You're going to have to trace where that fuse leads to. If the fuse was bad you wouldn't see any draw at all. Someone else can chime in and help you about what wires to check.

thanks for the feedback looks like I'm going to have some fun to do lol.. it leads from number 4 on the ecu to the relay to another fuse then up to the ignition

The problem is not the fuse. All the fuse is doing is passing power. The problem is after the fuse. look under the passenger or driver side fender and see if your tire might rubbed your wires down there. Good luck.

so after the fuse do mean going from fuse into car toward the ign or toward the ecu?

Yes thats right. How low is your car? Have you relocated the harness under the fender?

Look under that fender, a lot of times the tire rub or the wires hang low.

how do you do a wire relocate on those wires?

If you have a lhd car, it should be under the passenger fender. Look at the harness first and if you see anything.
