Cheapest price side skirt for a zenki?

I'm looking for the cheapest price side skirt for my zenki. I have rusty rockers that will be cut off and I need to cover it up.

Links to cheapest place would do fine. I don't care what material, unpainted side skirts will look better then horrible rust

Or you can find some dude who can weld and fix your rockers, rattlecan paint, and still be cheaper than these skirts.

What's an average price for rocker repair? I have a white s14, its a pearl like color.
