Somebody will chime in soon and recommend a 7 heat range plug, I am sure.
I will chime in soon and recommend that you keep the boost at 7psi or less for the sake of longevity. And then I will ask:
what size injectors does it have? What computer? Does it have an adjustable fpr? Do you have a wideband? Can you take some pictures?

I would go with Ac delco plugs or ngk's

I always run AC Delco's! I find my motor likes these the best.

Umm, you do know you got coilpacks right? There is no wires to change. Tune up on this cars should have been done BEFORE you put in the car. Do radiator/coolant flush, colder or atleast new thermostat, new water pump, fresh plugs that are gapped to .030, fresh oil and filter...other than those, those's nothing else you really need to change. I'd check the TPS to make sure its set, double check your base timing and do a boost leak check.
PS: You dont have a T28 turbo...you have a T3 turbo.
