1990 240sx s13 with ka24de swap, car wont turn over, put it at tdc and exhaust cam is not at tdc its a little higher than its supposed to be how do I adjust it? everything is bolted back on so where do I begin to move the cam valves?

Take the valve cover off so you see the cams rotating, To turn the engine over you'll need a 27mm socket, place it on the crank and turn it clockwise. Keep turning over the engine (by hand) until you're on top dead center and the first lobes on both of your cams are facing away from each other. If you had to remove the distributor, when you put the distributor in there are two marks on the shaft that have to line up with one another inside the cover and your rotor button on the distributor should be facing at the 10 o'clock position. Or maybe you forgot to ground something, or you missed a vacuum line. Well hope this helps, good luck.

Yeah I already had done that and the exhaust cam isn't where its supposed to be, so I need too know how I can readjust the camshaft, I know what its supposed to look like but Idk where to begin, help me out here anyone.
