is the ECU loosing power when in cranking position, sounds like it.

The ecu connection problem is fixed, it was the battery issue, now i have a stable connection, but still the car wont start, i have hooked up a led strip on the injector wiring to see pulse but there is no pulse:(, the car is cranking and everything but so far no luck :(

I would double check that tiring, with a meter to one side of the fuel injectors you will have positive voltage, the ECU actives them by switching the gounds, so look for power to the injectors and did you do all the pin changes and trigger wheel disk?

yes, i have done all teh changes and installed the trigger disk, see if i manually put gas from the intake mani, the car starts, but since the injectors are not on, the car shuts down. i will double check the injector wiring, am i not calibrating it corectly or what ?:S

I had some issues with mine at first because the wiring table was not super cut and dry and I lost a 5V signal voltage. When you did your TPS wizard it goes from .4 to about 4.8VDC on the screen? In the injector table are the injectors turned on? Send me the map file your using and I will check it out
