Don't put them in a box. It'll be difficult to find a box for them. Buy some bubble wrap, wrap them both together really well, tape up and tag it. Should be able to get the bubble wrap from walmart.

To my knowledge, the main difference is the sohc speedo goes to 115, the dohc only goes to 110.

I just checked the cost of shipping and since its so large they charge an extra fee. Shipping is like 60-90 dollars!
