I have Alpine CDA 7894.

Alpine is the best sounding CD player. Go listen to one versus a pioneer, sony, kenwood, etc. You'll be sold.

60watt x 4 (28 rms) If you get one of the higher end ones, you'll get...

time correction, low pass high pass filter, subwoofer control, MP3, some have the ability to shut off internal amplifier if you get a amp, screen black out, 4 volt preouts,

really good CD players, EXCELENT skip protection. I've had mine for three years, and have only remembered it skipping ONCE!

cons? you have to wire directly to battery, and the screen is hard to see in the daylight. It's also more of a performance deck, if you want fancy lights, you won't like it too much. Who cares for fancy lights though? :ghey:

i had an alpine 9815 in my S13, it was awesome, tons of features, control, etc. that was stolen so i'm getting the new 9835 next week, hopefully its as good as the rest.

Ya, I have the Alpine 9815, sounds great, but mine skips bad, my s13 rides pretty harsh, but I think it's the KYB agx shocks+ springs+bad roads here, looking for some coilovers soon.

I've got the 9813. No complaints.

All those who don't have a deck that plays mp3's should definitely invest in one.
