Set of 15x7 +/-0? Panasports with newer Toyo tires in Norcal

I have a set of Panasports for sale. They're 15x7 I believe all around and Im unsure of the offset but I provided a picture of what they look like on the car.

(4) 15x7 +?
195/50 Toyo tires. Pretty new with a good amount of tread left on all 4.

Im not sure how much these go for but Ill say $800 for the set with tires.

I think most are slightly curbed like this but no chunks missing or dents.
