(NJ) Curbed, Discolored, Peeling 17x9 Fn01rcs

Hey guys, got a set of fn01s with worn tires I'm looking to get rid of. Tires need to be replaced but hold air fine. No cracks or bends in the wheels, they're just ugly. Not shipping. Local pickup Keansburg NJ only. 500$.

17x9 +35 (I'm pretty sure its +35) with 245/45/17

One wheel is peeling badly. Will need to get either plastidipped or powder coated. 400$ picked up. Not taking anything less. Don't forget these still go for 1200 new.

Can you measure the backspacing? Just from the back of where the lugs go up to the inside lip... will tell for sure what the offset is.

How bad is the rash? Deep?
