Fallon 'OPEN' Neon Sign

I bought this to put up in the garage at my house, as a sort of man cave item. This is real neon and comes with the chains and S hooks to hang it(I am missing one S hook but I will be purchasing it today). Fallon is one of the better manufactors of signs. There are eyelet bolts at the top to hang it and it was only plugged in a few times to show it off. I don't want to get rid of it, but I could use the money for other things right now. If you search ebay you'll only find a few that are actually neon and not LED. The neon ones are going for up to 300.00 on ebay. This would also be a great buy if you owned a business/store front.
