Differences with full Exhaust

I will be buying a 240sx tomorrow and the seller says the car needs a new exhaust. Might as well buy a good exhuast right? I've been looking at different manufacturers and found 3 in particular: HKS Sport Exhaust, Blitze RealizeTT, and the RSR EX Mag. I like them mostly because they arent coffee can style. My question is will those exhuasts loosen up every bit of power from the KA as opposed to other hi power exhausts that are coffee can style? TIA guys

You won't make as much power, but it won't be nearly as loud as N1-style exhausts either.
