s13 parts needed and questions about blacktop sr20det

hay guys so im looking for a few things and have a few questions

and questions whats the best gapping for sparkplugs for my sr20DET iam running about 12-15psi i was going to go with .032 i have heat rang is 9 hks spark plugs.....What have you all know on how strong the stock internals are on the blacktop sr20det i herd 300-350hp i want to make bout 320hp have any ideas???
