Has anyone seen this stuff?!

I just started catching a glimpse of all their stuff on Facebook.

I was wondering If anyone has gotten their hands on some of this stuff?
I tried searching and came up empty.

GKTECH (http://www.gktech.com/)

They have some stuff on Facebook not shown on their site
Like their billet knuckles and bolt on RCA correctors and angle increases.
Welcome to Facebook (http://m.facebook.com/?_rdr#!/gktech?__user=100001418930111)

I'm in no way affiliated with them nor have I used their stuff. I just really like what I see.

Not to be all hipster and what not, but I've known about them for quite some time. I actually bought their e-brake extenders for a friend and installed it for him, their stuff is really well made--looking to get a pair for my S13 when I have extra cash. I know it's just one small part but from some Aus members on this forum, they use and like their parts. Shipping to the US is a bummer though.

enjuku racing stocks pretty much all their stuff lol. No need to get them shipped from OZ anymore.

also, zooopreme, did your buddy like the extenders? did they really work? I was thinking about grabbing these.

how did those ebrake extenders work out for you, uras seahorse knockoff?-- i've been eying them for a minute

I haven't tried the Uras sea horse for comparison but I noticed that it does take less effort in pulling the lever up just to get that crunch. However, I sorta don't think my experience with them was all that different only because when I tried them the brake pads were a little worn down and old.

But I would assume that if you have new brake pads, it would be beneficial and use up less effort like it was designed to do.

i have the URAS ones, they are pimp. with fresh pads/rotors/z31 bracket upgrade and the extenders i have no problem locking my 17's at the track. i noticed that it is a little easier to lock, effort wise, but the real gain feels like it locks so much harder initially with them. no wishy washy half locked business, its 100% every time now.
i know if i ever start with a new drift shell they would be right up there on the first mods with coils/diff/bucket seat.

i also love GKTECH, haven't bought anything from them but going thru their facebook photos its awesome to see that they are still finding new things to make for this chasis. i think my first buy from them is going to be the clutchfan upgrade with extra fins. looks top notch!!:bowrofl:

I have the offset tension rod bushings, solid tranny mount, clear cas cover, s13 red top throttle wheel, 15-30mm bolt on wheel spacers and the front tension rod to sway bar braces. everything is built great.kind of a bummer when shipping is almost as much as the part though.

GKtech's overflow looks awesome a friend of mine saw it and thought it was oem. The only thing that gives it away that it's aftermarket is that it says GKtech on the side.

I have their coolant reservoir tank. It's a damn sturdy plastic and has served me well the past few years. I'd love to try some of their other products.

Noticed their water neck adapter is a straight knock off of DIFs. Other than that, pretty neat stuff. Shipping from there probably not cheap for stuff we can already get here though.

We have been selling their products for a few months now and I have not heard any complaints yet, price point is good and the fit and finish seems to be very good.

We have a stocking order which should be here hopefully within a few weeks so we will have a good majority of the products on the shelf and ready to go!

I have their S13 weld in rear subframe supports. They are a great company producing some good items for our S chassis. Their new front spindles are BAD-freaking-ASS

I was the person who told him to look at making the billet knuckles I should be getting mine in about 6 weeks
Can't wait to test them out
Gktech has gone a long way since it first started
He went from bolt on exhaust manifolds and intercooler to real performance products

Another good Australian company making good high quality products is Powertune Australia
Their products high quality items marketed at racing and Hp support
I recommend going through their website some very high quality exhaust manifolds and good E85 fuel system support products

they do have some cool looking stuff though I"m not sure how innovative it all is. Some are nothing special at all, just copies it seems and then there are a few interesting things. I like their clutch fan but I think GP Sport's has been the only company to offer an upgraded clutch fan besides gk. GP Sport's has been out for a while.

EXACTLY THIS.... -_____- really wished the prices were the same as GKtech's aust pricing on there page.

with enjuku's pricing its the same on some of there items as just getting spl products...

you guys forget to read something?
they dont stock the items

"IMPORTANT Notice to customers: All GKtech products are typically shipped to you directly from the manufacturer in Australia, therefore shipping times may take anywhere from 5 to 14 days. please be aware of this extended delivery time when placing your order."

12-22-2012, 10:48 PM
^i caught that on enjuku's website and waiting that long is something i wouldnt mind if i wasent paying the close to 50 dollar differance up in price from enjuku and gktech's website,

if its not the shipping thats killing it, its the boost up in price at enjuku.

up in smoke
12-22-2012, 11:01 PM
They can only give you as good of a price as they can get... The fact that they're charging you the same price as it would be from GKTech with shipping is good. Typically a site like Enjuku will charge more than the manufacturer. They have to make money somehow, it's a business.

whats anyone's opinion on their 4-5 lug wheel adapters? It seems like an easy 5 lug swap.

It has been done for other cars by other individuals before either of them. It is nice that someone is going to make them for an S-chassis.

By the way, is anyone on here using their eccentric throttle pulley? (Knockoff of Moonface, which is knockoff of _______, etc., traced back to the invention of the wheel.)
I am curious if it actually makes any noticeable difference, and if people like the feel.

Hey guys,

We do stock a good amount of GK Tech at our warehouse now, we have mirrors, rack spacers, e-brake extenders, upgraded clutch fans, coolant reserve tanks, subframe reinforcement plates, and a number of other items in stock and ready to ship, so it will save quite a bit of time compared to shipping from Australia ( And yes, even our stocking shipments require incredibly high shipping charges to get here! :( ).

Also shipping prices on our website reflect the total price including shipping on GK Tech items

Just give us a call and we will let you know whats in stock!

Thats retarded to buy a add on angle kit for $600+... minus well just buy Driftspeed knuckle for that raped price

Its for R chassis aswell, not S chassis. So no, it has not been done before technically.

Incase all you Knock off nazis don't realize, if you keep claiming everything is a knock off because someone else did it first then everything on this earth is a knock off of a knock off upon a knock off. all your REAL rims are knock offs of the person who invented the wheel. etc. etc. etc.
