I was looking into getting an aluminum radiator coupled with some sort of electric fan (not sure which type as of yet) and I was wondering something.

Is it overkill to run a larger core aluminum radiator on on N/A Ka with minor bolt-ons (I/H/E...along with the fan clutch removed of course)?? I'm specifically looking into the Greddy core....just my preference...I know there are cheaper.

Anyways...anyone else have thought on this...why I shouldn't...possible bad side effects????

with just bolt ons, I think it's overkill unless you need that bling factor... why did you remove the fan shroud? that just kill the stock fan's efficiency

You live in Florida...if you do track events, it's never overkill to improve cooling. But for an autocross/street/drag car with just bolt-ons, it probably is overkill...but it's never a bad thing. The only side effect is you may have to cover half the radiator to get the heater to work in the winter...but you live in Florida.
