Yes will come Registerd and titled here in CA
its a 25 year car, so its okay to be in the states
infact, any car 1988 or older,is now okay to enter USA.

Will come registerd Non Op,Why? Because i dont know what the buyer wants to do what the vehicle,Drift,drag,Show purpose,etc..

the ad for it on Craigslist now says it runs great? Did you get it tuned up recently after I test drove it? Because it ran like sh*t then and didn't idle...just saying!!

may have a boost leak,or bad bov imo.
buyer was totally aware of without owning one, there is no tinkering with one.
First you have to own the car in order to fix it. True enthusiast.

sorry your test drive did not meet your standards.
