**SOLD**
This is a very sad day for me, but I have gotten a new car, and the SC finally has to go. It is a 1995 SC300 w/ a 1JZ swap. Body has 217k and motor has around 174k. I have owned it since 2006, and it has been my daily driver. Driven mostly highway miles @ around 18k per year. I don't have any recent pictures, but the only thing that has really changed between these is the addition of 97 taillights, black Supra seats, and LS400 brakes up front. I will take better pictures this week.
This car has been very reliable, and has never had any serious issues. I do not drive it hard on the street, and every time I do drive it, I let it warm up and cool down for at least a couple minutes. During all the autocross I did, I was very cautious and kept an eye on all components of the car, and nothing ever had any trouble. It has never overheated, been run low on oil, or mistreated in any way. I had to replace the stock twins a couple months ago because they were blowing some blue smoke, but at 174k miles, that does not surprise me at all.
Asking $5,500 OBO or trade for an NB Miata. Located in Los Angeles.
The good:
Soarer 1JZ swap done in June 2008, has had regular oil changes @ 3k-5k w/ synthetic. Also had timing belt and water pump replaced 40k ago.
Just swapped over lower mileage twins (~100k) about 1k miles ago.
Replaced Starter Solenoids 5k miles ago.
Centerforce Stage 1 clutch (has around 70k on it)
3" full turboback exhaust, split into 2.5" duals.
97+ F/R bumpers, side skirts, door moldings.
MKIV Eibach Springs w/ Tokico Illumina Shocks (~60k on these)
Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator w/MKIV shroud
LS400 brakes in front, SC brakes in back. Slotted rotors, EBC yellowstuff in rear to balance brake bias
AFC Neo installed
Daizen Steering rack bushings
FMIC w/ 2.75 piping
Drift motion aluminum pulleys (crank pulley left stock)
AEM Wideband
350z Touring V2 wheels (one is rashed pretty bad)
Second sent of wheels/tires (350z Touring V1 six spoke w/ Falken Azenis at wear bars, might still be good for a couple autox's)
MKIV Swaybars & Subframe mounts included with sale
The bad:
A/C does not work. I think it's a seized compressor.
Rear main seal leaks some oil.
Paint on front bumper sucks.
Sunroof is cracked, but still works and does not leak.
Rear seats splitting on top.
No ABS or cruise.
Overall, car is a 6/10, and could use a bit of work to make it "clean" again, but I would like to see it go to someone who will put some work into it.
