Need help on s14 wheel sizes

hey guys so i am new to this whole forums thing so please excuse me if i fuck up lol but yea just wanted to know if a 18x10 +12mm or +25mm would fit a s14 without having to go with over-fenders, i have some wheels that i am looking at and need some quick and dont know if they will fit please help, thanks!
