No it has the Japan vin which is only numbers from what i saw, and its a lot shorter, antenna is power and it goes all the way in when the car is off lol, and thx i try to be creative

Same deal as a skyline. 2015 it will be "fully" legal

Yes vintage skylines are in the clear as well as r30s and r31s. There was a recent loophole that allows r32 nismo editions to come over but good luck finding one. 2014 so about a year 89 r32 will be 25.

an actual s13 silvia here in the us... and its for sale.....well fuh why swap all the parts over to a 240 coupe though man..... build it as it is just to say you have an actual silvia and its vin is physical proof.. you have so many dang cars this could be like... i show car and shit! lol....buuut either way glws and free bump.
