s13 power windows, seatbelts, and sunroof aren't working!!!

I NEED HELP.. So my tire was rubbing on the harness and it got through 1 blue wire. I was in the process of tucking to harness when the open part of the wire touched the metal and sparked -_______- ...I know.... After I was "done" I put everything back and was about to put the windows up ... yeah they didnt go up, seatbelts don't work and sunroof doesn't work.. Checked fuses and replaced the Acc relay in the fuse box. Still not working... any suggestions?
