Not a wiper motor man, its something wrong with the guieds that the motor connect. If motor is bad, none of your wipers will work! Goodluck

The motor turn one rod that connects with both wipers. Get the motor out and am sure you will figure the problem.

you need the linkage rod that is between the arm pivots under the plastic cowl.
