When it was in production, Heavy Throttle wanted $559. It is harder to get now and Greddy is charging more for special production. It is the best I can do for now. If I can get 20 people soon, then we might be able to work out something on the price.

how is this exhuast on a N/A KA24E???? I know 80mm arn't recomended but some (like the RS*R GTII) don't hurt performence too bad and help on top and are quite.

Don't listen to Yoshi, he just wants to be the only one in Washington with the DD! The DD is an awesome exhaust, if you don't know about it then forget it. Its discontinued and Brandon is doing us a HUGE favor to offer a discounted price on something that is no longer in production, and is being specially made for us by Trust of Japan. I hope we can gather 20 people for this.

It will be loud on N/A. You will prolly loose a little low end, but gain some more top end where the KA dies off anyway. Plus this exhaust is made for turbo, so down the road if you plan on boosting, you won't have to change out exhausts like me. BIG HEADACHE. Do it right the 1st time!!!

dam guys, it's been proven on FA that a 80mm exhaust does not make the KA lose torque or hp!!! The guys on FA actually dynoed 12hp at the wheels on a KA with a 80mm exhaust. I want a DD, I'll let you guys know in about two weeks!

the main reason u shouldn't put 80mm on the KA is the decibel vs. performance ratio. the DD is LOUD on my SR, on KA it's WAAY louder, I've posted sooo many times about this.

BOTTOM LINE:
if you intend to put a DD on your NA KA, be prepared to be pulled over if you live in a decent sized city (or anywhere in cali)

(or use the silencers, which negate any performance gain you might have gotten from the DD)

it looks nothing like either of those, it looks like 2 big arse pipes coming out the back, no resonator/mufflers involved (visibly)
