Starts but chokes and dies :(

Hey guys I'm losing my mind here :bowrofl: . i have a s14 KA with a s13head. One day i replaced my the seals on my head and the next morning when i tried to start it up it hesitated. it took me three tries to start the car, but when it started the car ould want to die unless i kept the throttle at +50%, as soon as I lay off it it dies, and oh did I mention its burning oil... enough to make me the EPA's most wanted, and leaking it into cylinders 1,3,4.....

The only problem i was having before all this was a vac leak in my intake manifold and i needed a new valve cover seal..... FML

Probably did the seals wrong, so now there is a bigger vac leak

I thought the same to at first. but I opened the valve cover back up and both the seals were still properly seated, could it have been that something electrical was disconnected and not reconnected before start?
