I don't see anything wrong there.
Not even a single zip-tie. Oh, wait. That must be what's wrong, no zip-ties.

ok, are you are saying you need parts to fix your car so you can drive it again, yet you mentioned the bumper ect... are you talking about vital parts needed for your car to run, or are you just concerned with cosmetics? being anal over cosmetics is not good, it will cause you much stress grasshopper... thats why i dread owning a brand new car. the first time someone opens there door and leaves a scratch or dent... oh the agony. im happy with my lightly flawed cosmetics. your hood on the other hand, i can understand that, it looks pretty bent... i guess you could bend it back, but that would be a little on the extreme ghetto side, even though many have done it before, lol ... i understand your desire to fix the flaws in your ride. check with local junkyards, salvage websites ect... you might get lucky. when all else fails... well get some of those flashy zipties mentioned... good luck friend.

My buddy is driving his s13 with several different colors on it and his hood is about that bad. just strap it down and call it a day, if your patient you will find all the parts you need for the right price, but if it runs well and drives fine you should be okay, you could also, like sudjested earlier, pull the hood and press it down, it will make a world of difference. good luck finding the parts, but dont let your car go to waste sitting waiting for cosmetics to be gotten to.
