another stupid question, where is the vehicle speed sensor locat?

i searched but no relative topic appeared so i have to ask you guys, where is the speed sensor located on a 95 ka tranny? also can someone tell me the sensors on a 91' ka tranny are, b/c i'm going to do the 5spd swap but i don't have a fsm for 91' 240sx. thz guys.
oh, one more thing, after i swap my car into 5spd, do i have to go to dmv and re-register since it have different tranny in?

first off your speed sensor is towards the bottom rear of your trans both s13 and s14 KA. on a S14 5 speed its easily indentifiable because it has a half plug right at end of the sensor. On a S13 5 speed it looks like a a quarter sized barrel with a pair of wires coming out the end of it.
Once you have done your swap you do not have to tell the DMV about it. Its really none of their business and they do not care.
