i go to sign up for a premium membership and it says page not found, anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Premium membership has been closed.. To many idiots on the forum, we cant risk one running loose through premie land.

Dont bother PMing a mod, its no use.

Any update on this? I lost my Premie account this AM. and can't get in for the gift exchange and i'd rather not have to delete all my PM's just to have you guy's open up the premie site.
