Enkeis/Impuls with Falkens

My brother has two sets of wheels for sale:

The first pair are Impul R701s, 15 x 6.5 with +25 offset and some decent tires (Falken Ziex) with about 80% tread left. Black 5 spoke with silver lip.

The next pair are Enkeis, black multi-spoke design with brand new tires (also Falken Ziex) , 15 x 6.5 I believe with +25-35 offset, not exactly sure on these.

Asking $500 for all 4, or $250 for each pair OBO.
