I love my car to death, but I'm in the process of switching my priorities and focusing on getting back to school and so selling my car is a start for some funds, as I need myself a reliable daily and so I feel like this car should be enjoyed for someone that has much more time and money to play with.
The car is registered with a clean title, no accidents, straight chassis, smogged for 1 more year.
Out of the top of my head the car has these following goodies:
1995 240sx clean title Base Model chassis with 147,000mi+ (since it's my daily)
No sunroof (Less chassis flex)
Non-ABS
Blacktop S14 SR20 swapped out of a JDM front clip Zenki. Motor has ~5x,xxx miles (old owner claims he got the clip with 15,xxx miles)
5spd w/ short shifter
Tomei 262 cams
Garret GT2871R ball bearing turbo
Yashio Factory Brass Radiator
ARC Apexi front mount intercooler kit
740cc Nismo injectors
Z32 Maf
Apex-i Power boost controller
Blitz twin plate clutch kit
HKS Hi-Power 3' catback exhaust
Blitz BOV
Power FC ECU with Commander
Tomei Expreme thermal coated turbo elbow
DIF Oil and Coolant turbo lines with -.03 oil restrictor
When I tuned it, it was done by G-Dimensions and set up was capable of handling 3 settings: 270whp @ 10lbs, 315whp @ 14-15lbs, 345whp @ 18-19lbs (needs a retune though for some reason, maybe a quick re-run)

THE CAR COMES WITH LOJACK!! (2 year warranty, Early Warning System with the motion sensors in case of towed so don't worry about it getting stolen)
Now the car, was a restoration, so it still does have its cons at the moment and requires time to get it to perfection, but it still handles like a beast.
CONS: HONEST ISSUES WITH THE CAR, NOT GONNA BULLSHIT YOU
-Needs a retune
-NO AC or Heater
-Battery voltage is at 15v, 'BRAKE' light and 'BATTERY symbol' light ON (might be wiring issues?)
-Needs passenger airbag installed and clock spring for driver's air bag
-Needs rear toe arms (bad camber), front inner and outer tie rods to be replaced, and an alignment
-Needs matching door, trunk, and glovebox keylocks (don't match ignition)
-Paint (would bring this baby back to sexyness)
-Taillights need to be resealed as minor water gets in
