Another turn signal question (yay)

Just bought the car today and my turn signals are out.

No clicking, no left or right signals, front and back are both out, hazards don't work.

Everything points to the relay or the hazard lights switch (from what I've read up on)

My question is where is the location of the relay? I've heard most people say its in the steering column (built into the headlight/turn signal arm thing?), and a few say that it is in the fuse box in the kick panel

Which is it?

And do you think I'm correct in assuming its the relay?

nevermind, turns out the previous owner just disconnected the hazard light button completely....weird.

Which brings me to my next question, I have 2 plugs that are just hanging under the dash, no idea where they go.

I'll post some pictures in a bit.

I have the same issue, I have two random plugs just hanging down in the left side of the steering column, it's a decent size connector with a clear rubber boot around it?

I couldn't count all the loose connectors on my fingers and toes..it's ridiculous.

same here. 2 good sized connectors with rubber boots, I have no idea where they go, and 1 smaller blue one behind the hazard light switch.
