So I am working on getting custom brake and clutch lines made but cannot seem to find the info I need on the particular fittings necessary.

First off, a line from the clutch master to slave - yes, I know that isis, agency power make these lines but not exactly how I'd like it. I also understand m10x1.0 is the thread spec used for all these connections BUT after stopping by the hydraulic shop these guys are asking what type of seal does it use? That's where I am lost.

Does the inside flared portion seal? Or does the hex portion touch the master/slave bodies plus a washer to seal? What is this stuff called? Guessing its the same on both ends? And I know with hardline it's double flared at the maste...those guys said wtf is a double flare...u shitting me?

I need a fitting to screw into the clutch master - 3 AN on the other
Then I'd prefer a banjo bolt to slave also with -3 AN connection
And obviously some -3 AN hose between..

Also can someone please clarify, does Nissan use a bubble or bobble flare?

Hope this makes sense..any help appreciated guys

the inside part is what seals its just like a dash (-AN) fitting just bring them the peice and they can tell you this way they know for sure

Problem is the local guys couldn't help me.

But, maybe chase can. That line is pretty much exactly what I want to do!

Thing is all I need is a banjo fitting to slave. The rest is covered already.
Found places online that sell banjos and bolts now just to come up with proper specs.

Why do you want to use a banjo for the slave? that is not exactly the ideal thing to use bc you cant ensure the banjo wont spin and work its way loose. Just use a -3AN to M10 1.0 straignt fitting. you can also use that same fitting for the clutch master.

As far as you comment in the OP, regarding the sealing of the fitting
Most Brake lines use a 45* inverted flare to seal -- fitting/ brake line will have a concave seat, and master cylinder etc will have a convex seat

Most of the -3AN to m10 1.0 fitting have the correct seat to seal, However there are some that are shorter, and the hex will bottom out on the part. IF that is the case, THEN as long as the hex portion is big enough, you can use a copper crush washer to seal.
