Before you do anything you need to perform the 60K mile kit, which includes the timing belt, iirc waterpump, and some seals. the VG30dett is an interference motor if the timimg belt slips/breaks the motor is Done!

The 370s will be good for 15lbs on stock turbos and a retune. Why do you only want 10lbs? Thats only 1-2 psi over stock which is lame it will feel about just like stock.

If you want a really fun Z thats reliable go with this:

Stock turbos
Stock injectors
Stock motor
Megan/Specialty Z (if $ permits) 4 bolt downpipes/ testpipes
2.5" cat back of your choice
Single JWT pop charger
Specialty Z/JWT/ASh spec eprom for ECU (you will need to socket your ecu)
Boost jets for 14psi (no need for a electronic BC unless your changing boost all the time which you wont)

This should yield you an 320-350rwhp Z and depending on your tire it will break traction once boost comes on in 2nd gear, which feels pretty sick!

I buy all my parts from Conceptzperformance.com or Z1motorsports.com also 300zxclub.com and Twinturbo.net have a lot of resources available for the z32 platform if you cant find what your looking for here.
