(We are working on car as i type this but maybe there is something we didn't catch on thats obvious.)

I have an Ls2 in my s14.

When i bought car, car would bog around 2k, but if you stepped on it it was fine. Took to shop to get cosmetic work done, he tightened fuel lines because they were leaking, didn't notice anymore bogging.

Took it drifting, noticed sometimes as i was sliding it'd loose power/ was bogging, wasn't sure.

Few days ago: Drove, was bogging, so i double clutched to get in higher rpms, it went away.

Today: Bogging hard, filled up 30$, did a few donuts, car turned off... fuel pump won't prime. Was looking for problem for a good 20 min, would start but die right away. waited a bit, fired up revved up perfect, block away later, dead.

Things to notice: Gas tank seems to have a cut on upper part and is leaking (filled up alot, but when im low on gas it doesnt seem to.)
-Fuses under dash (Most of them dont get power (Checked with that pen indicator), but the fuses aren't blown. Is there a main relay?) - asking because one of them is fuse for fuel pump.

- Wires on driver side under wheel well are all scraped up, could that be why they arent getting power and maybe sometimes they move around and cause fuel pump to turn on and off when bogging? (Electrical taping them up now)

CAR ONLY BOGS WHEN YOU STEP ON IT NOW.

So just curious, am i missing something here? I might have this answered by taping the wires but still while i have time and family is working on it why not.

Mods to note: Manual fpr, intake, exhaust.

Other things to note: Headers cracked (Originally why i thought it'd bog)

1. Repair/Replace fuel tank.
2. Repair/Replace wires in front left wheel well and tuck the wires away so it wont get rubbed by the tire.
3. Does the car really need an aftermarket FPR? If no, then go back to OEM.
4. Check all fuses/relays maybe something got burned up by the wires shorting out in wheel well.
5. Repair/Replace header.

UPDATE::!

Hey bro, so the gas tank looks cracked.
Previous owner said that the fuel pump most likely burnt out from lack of fuel??

Even if the fuel pump burned out, the 30amp fuse keeps blowing that is located in the rear (Lines from fuel pump run to it) my uncle says it shouldnt if the fuel pump is out?

Front wires fixed, no difference. Fuses replaced, nothing.

So the car only runs at WOT then?

Do you have any way of logging the parameters off the PCM? (I'd assume it's a stock ECU based setup)

YOu mention you have a manual FPR, you are running it a 4bar (58.6 with vacuum line disconnected at idle on the FPR) and not 3 bar right? Truthfully I'd just put the stock FPR in to be honest.

I'd truthfully look into logging values on the car to see whats going on. If you're blowing fuses though, I'd be looking into a short, or to see what it's drawing so much on a low amp wire.

Will need more information and or video to get a better idea. Seems like I'd be looking more into a janky swap issue than anything, especially with it eating fuses.

If you've fixed the wiring issue in the front left wheel well, Maybe the fuel pump burned out so bad it locked up, that would be a reason for the fuse to keep blowing. The car does not run anymore right? Try another fuel pump. I have heard of people burning up fuel pumps from keeping their car so low on gas, in fact my buddy did that on his Silverado and we got stranded because the pump burned up and blew fuses, just like you say.
