Got a complete 90-96 Q45 diff setup.
Comes with everything needed to install it.
Install write up: Install Guide: Q45 Differential swap into 240SX subframe - S-Chassis.com (http://www.s-chassis.com/forums/showthread.php?p=328500)

3.54 VLSD diff
Q45 driver side axle
Z32TT driver side axle
Z32TT hubs

The input flange has been swapped out for a 240SX drive shaft bolt pattern flange.
It's ready to bolt in to a S14.
It would need a S13 rear cover to bolt in to a S13.

Your gas mileage will increase some but your acceleration will be hurt.
Well I guess it would vary depending on the power you're making and the rear tire size you run.
