I'm selling a 99 maxima SE limited. Sterling Mist. 155000 miles. alloy wheels, power locks, power windows, sunroof, after market head unit, and new speakers. Automatic. Would make a perfect daily or an awesome car for the winter!

how is the core support? other areas of rust ?

By core support what are you referring to? And no other rust that I'm aware of.

^ the core support is well known to rust away... front of the car, hold the radiator and the front of the cross member....

...tell-tale test of the core support condition is to put a jack under the middle of the crossmember and if you hear crunching sounds as you jack up the car, the core support needs to be replaced. It tends to rust from the inside out... In Chicago, it has been known to have engines fall on the ground as you drive down the street because of rusted rotted core supports and why many of them end up in junk yards :(
