what turbos spool faster then the t28 and makes more power from HKS?

are there any turbos that will spool faster then the s15 t28? i prefer HKS turbos

Um nothing spools faster than a T28 without being a downgrade.


But GT28RS / HKS2530 spool about the same and make a bit more power.
