Just a question, have you or anyone noticed these tires ever be "out of round"? I bought a set of these last year brand new, and had issues with one of them being out of round and not balancing correctly. I obviously know they are cheap tires, haha. I might pick up another set for the daily.

We have never seen one out of round. You might also want to check your bare wheel. If you can find someone in your area to check your wheel on a Hunter GSP9700, it would be able to tell you if it is the tire or the wheel.
