Bought these wheels from a member on here. I received two of them disassembled. 1 has a bent lip from previous owner. Never used. Been sitting in their boxes since August. Perfect to rebarrel/relip. All four wheels are disassembled (received two that way), but includes all 160 nuts/bolts and 4 center caps. Like I said, perfect to re-size them to whatever specs you'd like.
