stock headers port and polish

i have an NA ka24de with stock headers just wondering if porting and polishing them up a lil would give me more hp gain???

port them out to the size of the exhaust port from the head cylinder, polishing them, no.

stock header is not a header, its an exhaust manifold


and any of the above is a waste of time. forced induction is the only cost effective solution

if you want to see any improvements to the stock exhaust manifold, extrude hone and swain-tech coat will help, but the cost-vs-gain isn't very good at all. you'll be better off spending money on an aftermarket exhaust manifold.
