the car is super clean and really really awesome! I would say a fair price is 14-16k range. While it may have a ton of money invested in it, I could buy an actual corvette for that price. Regardless, glws because this car is extremely baller.

You will have to excuse me as I disagree with your fair price estimate ( unless you mean with out the volks :) Anyone who has built an LS swapped car (or any swap requiring fab) knows how costly it is to have it done or to do it yourself. To recreate this car would cost close to 25-30 with parts and labor and that doesn't include the time invested. (I know that most of that money will not recouped) I have already had a few people who were interested but decided to build their own and have pm'd/emailed me telling me they wished they had just bought this one instead. Once they started buying the shell, getting the body done, sourced a power train, ect the money invested quickly leaves the pocket book on stuff you don't even remember spending it on . As far as being able to buy a Vette, while true, if you are interested in a Vette, get a Vette, for the same price or less than a 90's Vette you can have an 11 second comfortable daily driver that turns heads from just about every crowd out there. I recognize an LS swapped 240 isn't for everybody, but for the person that is serious about buying or building one will recognize the value here. After having built a handlful of cars from Hondas to nissans, it so much easier and cheaper to buy something close to where you want it and make your personal changes.

Don't mean to go on a soapbox, and I thank you for your input and the complements on the car!

I totally agree with you on that. But I feel out 240's ls powered are valued so low that the aftermarket retail is just so embarrassing. I too have out about 32k in my hatch and I feel the most I'd get is 13k.

But on another note I love how your putting down less power than me and you still beat my times on the track...435hp 12.18 on the 1/4 2.6 60ft (I know horrible) but yet you're way less than me and breaking 11's?... Was running federals all the way around though.

I hope my new set up would be very nice and maybe even be in the low 11's seeing I'm at 500 now.

Well, I disagree with you, plus sound like yours is an s13? if you want to sell yours for 13 I have a feelin that would be a quick sell depending how its built. Either way, this isn't a discussion thread, if you want to discuss In more detail, feel free to pm me
And I'd be happy to talk via pm about the track, you running any sort of slick? ( my car was) you should be hitting 11's no prob. Sounds like operator error ;)

Bottom line is there are 2 factors that will determine the sale (of anything), how much the buyer is willing to pay, and how much the seller is willing to sell it for.

If you would like to continue this discussion please do so via pm. Thank you!
