Coil problem

I have a s13 and magen racing track coilovers and ive only had them for 3moths. My left front coil keeps raising bout every 3-5weeks. I think the cylinder is spinning for some reason idk why! Is this a common problem? I called magen racing they told me to put lock tight on it. Also i believe the threads are fine i do not think they are striped. Any help?

Did you get an alignment after you had them installeD?

Yes i got an alignment bout a week after i had them and ive had 3 since then.

Did you lock down the collar against the mount like youre supposed to? (Hit the collar with a screwdriver and hammer to lock it down tight to the mount).

Pics of said coil would help.

Yea ive locked it pretty tight with the tool provided and i would put pics up but it looks like a regualr coul you cant tell anythings wrong with it.

You got 2 collars to lock the springs and you have another one to lock the whole perch. Did you tighten them all up? Post up a picture of the suspension so we can see if you got them on right.

Yes that is how i have it and all my friends say its correct and they fo not know why its moving. None of the other coils have moved.

Spanner wrench? Thats not the proper way to lock the collar to the perch. There should be proper instructions in your manual. Again, pics would be helpful... Just because your friends say theyre right doesnt mean they actually are.
