For some strange reason now my Z when I push it to about 5k rpm it Starts to make a whining/screeching untill I shift, and it happenss on any gear! I've been looking around around and it looks like the majority said it's my belt? But then again none of these forums were on z32 directly, so im stumped!

i agree with cotbu, if they say its a belt start there. If your belts are old and worn out they can start to slip which makes a horrible sound.

Check the tension on the belt, tighten them some and spray them with belt conditioners to make them sticky. If it still screech, then it could be something else.
