Posting as a possible trade. I ended up getting rid of my coupe to aquire this z32 because i missed owning one. Since then my 2yr old son devoloped a severe case of croup caugh that sent him on life support and a weeks stay at northridge childrens center back in august. Since then we have been notified that our insurance is only going to cover a fraction of the cost of our total bill. Needless to say its going to cost an arm and leg to pay this debt off anytime soon and atm me and my gf are sharing her coupe(wich is also up for trade for a 4door for those interested) and its been making life more difficult than it has to be atm.
When i got this car it had a motor w blown headgaskets. Since than that engine has been pulled and replaced with another engine. The car itself is a 1990 original twin turbo 5spd. It has 160k on the chasis. As for the engine currently in the car it is from a wrecked 92. Has roughly 90k on it. All major gaskets have been replaced. Both turbos have been replaced w clean factory units that have absolutely no shaftplay at all.
As the car sits now it is about 90% finished. Whats left to complete the project would be getting the driveshaft back in, finish wiring and completing the vacuum system, putting the rad,alt,ps accessories bac on,bolting up tge exhaust and filling her with fluids. This doesnt sound like a lot and i am more than capable with doing it,but my schedule w work and my family is not allowing me the necessary time or patience to finish the job.
If i find a possible trade then great,if not i will eventually finish this..like i said this is merely testi g tge waters to try n make the load of life a but easier right now.
