should i just plug the power steering lines holes at the rear of the car where the hicas used to be and call it a day?

lol no. You either need to pull the pump apart and remove the rear pumps fins, or find a Non-HICAS Power steering pump and bracket.
Another pump and bracket would be my best choice.

Actually you need to do more than that. You can't just dis-connect the rear steering rack. You either need to buy the HICAS eliminator kit or swap the entire subframe for a non-HICAS one as well to doing what is described in the post above. The rear wheels would be able to turn whichever way they wanted under load if you didn't.

He already installed the Hicas eliminator. So I would just take out the pump fins from the hicas part of the powersteering pump. I'm running an hicas pump on my sr non hicas chassis.
